Feather Mike Pic

The “weatherman” had forecast some rain for us today. As if on cue, as I was doing my prayers, it sure did rain, and looking out the window, it’s still misty. A sign of newness, fresh perspectives, and dreamers awaking to their passion.

A few nights ago, I dreamed of my baby brother Mike, sister Doris, and cousin Gracie. We girls were driving somewhere when suddenly an eighteen-wheeler appeared, coming straight at us without warning. Veering towards the right, I suddenly plunged into a large river, where we were jolted onto large, jagged rocks in the middle of the river.

I somehow managed to swim away and found my brother (as a young boy), and I remember awakening him from a nap. He seemed to be on a white hammock or swing and told me, “Oh, don’t worry, Maida. They will be okay.” I insisted that we return to help them, and he gave me that look only he could as if to say, “Really, Maida?” as he had done so many times before.

I don’t recall how we rescued them, but I remember Mike and I listening to their cries of joy on the speaker phone!

The following day, as I sat outside on my “white” swing, I was overjoyed when I looked down and saw it exactly as you see it—not lying down, upside down, or sideways. It was as if “someone” had made sure it stuck there since it had been quite windy for several days.

Feathers have always signified “angels” for me, and immediately, I recalled my dream. I was convinced that my brother Miguel Angel had visited me the night before and that our loved ones’ spirits never left us.

I offer this link for your perusal on the spiritual significance of FEATHERS.

Do you believe? Have you sensed that your loved ones’ spirits had visited you? Do share with me and others.

Happy Easter!!! xx00xx

Everything was and will be okay as long as he is my angel.
