Today is World Mental Health Day. It is important to feel no shame, condemnation, and/or extra worry if you are suffering from anxiety, depression, or another mental health struggle.  If there is no disgrace in having the flu, a cold, or any other type of ailment, why should mental health issues be any different?

Embrace your strengths, your abilities to focus on getting better, and talk to a professional as needed.     Believe that with God, all things are possible!
