Throughout my years in this beautiful yet turbulent world, I’ve been told many different things about loving Jesus. I’ve heard countless sermons, talked to hundreds of people, dreamed of Jesus, and envisioned myself wrapped up in his arms. I even had an “ex” ask me, “How can you love someone you’ve never seen?” I just smiled and realized that he would never understand my love for Jesus and why he is my “ex.” Smile.

As I traveled to Jerusalem, I witnessed that the tomb was empty. I know now that I will probably never “see’ him as I continue on my worldly path, but my FAITH in God and Jesus, especially today, allows me the peace that transcends all understanding.

Today is Good Friday. I invite you to watch the video on the hyperlink so Father Mike can explain it better since he is a man of the cloth. I don’t have to be a priest to know what I felt that day in Old Jerusalem. I must merely believe and have FAITH that he is alive and that I don’t have to go to heaven to “see” him.

May you be blessed. May you be happy. May you be safe and healthy.

“Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe.” Saint Augustine
