Way to go Maida! Itās seems your easing into retirement from the 9-5. As you know I fully retired in March of 2020. My philosophy about retirement is a slight modification of line I heard a character say in a movie (he wasnāt talking about retirement though). āNow I do what I WANT to, not what I HAVE to.ā Meaning I no longer answer to deadlines, conference calls, emails, spreadsheets and the like. I did thatā¦for 34 years. Now I hunt fossils, plan trips, volunteer my time to worthy causes or do absolutely nothing if I so choose. I still experience stresses, you canāt live without having some- but the nonsensical stresses of sales quotas, call quotas and all that jazz are a thing of the past. Looking forward to reading your thoughts in the future.
