During this pandemic, I have witnessed an increase in adolescents seeking psychotherapy.  Their entire world has been turned upside down and their coping skills need to be sharpened.    The link below has great resources for Mindfulness exercises.  Share with any teenager you know and encourage them to keep growing into a calmer soul.   This too shall pass!!
