This is one of my favorite scriptures of all time and one I recite often when I’m not feeling well.

Beautiful and comforting verse. Being a party-hearty sort of guy, one of my favorite scriptures comes from Ecclesiastes 9:7, “Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God has already approved what you do.” Whenever I hear a preacher recite that verse, I always think, “I’ll drink to that!” I mean, um, “Amen!”
LOL…of course, this is a perfect example of how some of us rationalize….But the beauty of life is that God created us all differently and we must respect. I too love life and finding new ways to enjoy it….Thank you for sharing and have a blessed day Dr. Allen.
