So true. This means never be something or someone you are not. God has made each individual uniquely in His image. If one attempts to be someone that they are not, then he/she is defeating the purpose for the way God created him /her according to his image. Let me give analogy of being you. This past weekend at The Players Championship, Rory McIlroy admitted he tried to emulate the power game of Bryson DeChambeau and unfortunately, Rory missed the cut. The point I am trying to make is Rory should have stayed true to himself and his game and not try emulate DeChambeau’s power. Therefore, whether its sports, career or life, never attempt to be something you are not because if you do, then you are asking for disaster.
